Industrial Hydraulic - Pressure Control Valves

Pilot Operated Relief Valves PCV16
General Description
This valve protects the hydraulic system from excessive pressure and cannot be used to maintain constant pressure in a hydraulic system. Remote Control and unloading are permitted by vent circuit.
To adjust the pressure, loosen the lock nut and turn the knob slowly clockwise for higher pressures or anti-clockwise for lower pressures. One revolution of the knob makes about a 750 psi pressure change. After adjustments tighten the lock nut.
Pressure is adjusted by c-clips , if working pressure can be set, remove some c-clips to achieve the required pressure. One cclip is equivalent to 1500 psi
The piping of the tank line should not be connected to any line of the other valves, but connected directly to the tank.
